Za obavljanje pneumatskog transporta, uz ostale ure\u0111aje, upotrebljavaju se i ejektori. Pored transporta pra\u0161kastih, zrnastih i drugih rastresitih materijala ejektorski pneumatski transport mo\u017ee da se upotrebi i za transport te\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Usisavani fluidi pra\u0161kasti, zrnasti ili drugi rastresiti materijal mogu da se sastoje iz sme\u0161e \u010dvrstog materijala i vazduha ili samo \u010dvrstog materijala, bez prisustva vazduha. Isto tako, ako se usisava te\u010dnost uz te\u010dnost se mo\u017ee usisavati i vazduh ili samo \u010dista te\u010dnost bez prisustva vazduha.<\/p>\n<p>Ako se usisava samo \u010dvrst materijal bez prisustva vazduha ili nekog drugog gasa, za iste ulazne i izlazne pritiske, usisa\u0107e se ve\u0107a koli\u010dina \u010dvrstog materijala, odnosno, za iste ulazne pritiske i istu koli\u010dinu usisanog materijala, dobi\u0107e se vi\u0161i izlazni pritisci. Iz navedenog proizilazi da svuda, gde je to mogu\u0107e, treba usisavati rastresiti materijal ili te\u010dnost, bez prisustva vazduha.<\/p>\n<p>Rastresiti materijal mo\u017ee se usisavati pomo\u0107u usisnika ili direktno dozirati u usisnu komoru pomo\u0107u dozatora.<\/p>\n<p>Ejektorskim pneumatskim transportom mogu\u0107e je transportovanje malih i velikih koli\u010dina rastresitog materijala i do nekoliko desetina t\/h. Odnos izlanog pritiska prema ulaznom p<sub>3<\/sub>\/p<sub>2<\/sub> = 1,2-1,4, a sa posebnom konstrukcijom i izborom odgovaraju\u0107eg sistema transporta, izlazni pritisak, mo\u017ee biti i nekoliko bara.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinacijom ejektora sa principom rada mamut pumpe mogu\u0107e je ve\u0107e koli\u010dine te\u010dnosti podi\u0107i na ve\u0107e visine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><dfn>Upotreba<\/dfn><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upotrebljavaju se za transport pra\u0161kastih, zrnastih i svih drugih sipkih i rastresitih materijala. Transport se mo\u017ee obavljati kao: usisni, potisni i kombinovani usisno-potisni.<\/p>\n<p>Kod pneumatskog transporta te\u010dnosti uz transport se obavlja i aeracija te\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><dfn>Prednosti:<\/dfn><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ejektori su jednostavne konstrukcije;<\/li>\n<li>malih su dimenzija i malih masa;<\/li>\n<li>nemaju pokretne delove, pa ne zahtevaju podmazivanje;<\/li>\n<li>laki su za rukovanje i odr\u017eavanje;<\/li>\n<li>monta\u017ea im je jednostavna i mogu se montirati u svim polo\u017eajima;<\/li>\n<li>transportovani materijali se ne lepe za zidove ejektora;<\/li>\n<li>rad im je stabilan, miran i bez buke;<\/li>\n<li>ne zahtevaju elekti\u010dnu energiju ni pogonske motore;<\/li>\n<li>jevtini su i imaju dug vek trajanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><dfn>Materijal:<\/dfn><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mogu se izra\u0111ivati od svih vrsta limova, metala, nemetala, plastike i drugih materijala.<\/p>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-6 col-xs-12\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ejektor.co.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/8.1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-388 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ejektor.co.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/8.1.gif\" alt=\"8-1\" width=\"312\" height=\"117\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Sl.8.1 Ejektorski pneumatski transport <\/strong><strong>zrnastog materijala<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 col-xs-12\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ejektor.co.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/8.2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-389 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ejektor.co.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/8.2.gif\" alt=\"8-2\" width=\"258\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Sl.8.2 Ejektorski pneumatski transport <\/strong><strong>te\u010dnosti<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><dfn>Podaci za porud\u017ebinu:<\/dfn><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kod naru\u010divanja potrebno je navesti pritiske p<sub>1<\/sub>, p<sub>2<\/sub> i p<sub>3<\/sub> ili koeficijente ejekcije <span class=\"symbol\">m<\/span><sub>t<\/sub> = m<sub>2t<\/sub>\/m<sub>1<\/sub> i <span class=\"symbol\">m<\/span><sub>2g<\/sub> = m<sub>2g<\/sub>\/m<sub>1<\/sub> i od tri pritiska p<sub>1<\/sub>, p<sub>2<\/sub> i p<sub>3<\/sub> navesti dva.<\/p>\n<p>Sa m<sub>2t<\/sub> obele\u017eena maseni protok \u010dvrstog usiavanog materijala, a sa m<sub>2g<\/sub> maseni protok sekundarnog vazduha koji se nalazi u usisavanom materijalu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><dfn>Primer 8.1<\/dfn><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><dfn>Podaci:<\/dfn> Pritisak komprimovanog vazdu ha na ulazu u ejektor p<sub>1<\/sub>=8 bar<sub>aps<\/sub>, pritisak usisavanog fluida \u010dvrstih \u010destica je atmosferski p<sub>2<\/sub> =1 bar<sub>aps<\/sub> i pritisak na izlazu iz ejektora p<sub>3<\/sub> = 0,125 bar (1,125 bar<sub>aps<\/sub>).<\/p>\n<p>Tra\u017ei se: Koeficijent injekcije m<sub>t<\/sub> = ?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"symbol\">m<\/span><sub>t<\/sub> = m<sub>2t<\/sub>\/m<sub>1<\/sub> predstavlja odnos usisane mase \u010dvrstih \u010destica (\u010dvrstei materijal bez prisustva vazduha) prema masi pogonskog komprimovanog vazduha. Ejektor je podignut iznad vode 0,6 m, \u0161to odgovara pritisku vode na ulazu u ejektor p<sub>2<\/sub> = 0,94 bar<sub>aps<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Koliko kilograma vode mo\u017ee da se usisa sa 1 kg komprimovanog vazduha?<\/p>\n<p><dfn>Re\u0161enje:<\/dfn> Za odnos pritisaka (p<sub>3<\/sub>-p<sub>2<\/sub>)\/p<sub>2<\/sub> = (1,1\u20130,94)\/0,94 = 0,17 i odnos pritisaka p<sub>1<\/sub>\/p<sub>2<\/sub> = 7\/0,94 = 7,45 na Dijagramu 8.2 o\u010ditava se <span class=\"symbol\">m<\/span><sub>t<\/sub> = m<sub>2t<\/sub>\/m<sub>1<\/sub> = 5,4.
